Terms And Conditions Of Booking.

Acknowledgement will be made after receipt of our booking form duly signed, together with a 20% deposit.

Payment of Balance:
The balance owing must be paid at least 8 weeks before arrival. If the final invoice is not paid in full by the due date, you will be assumed to have cancelled your holiday and the deposit will be forfeit.

Late Booking:
If a late booking is made within 8 weeks of your arrival date, you will be advised at the time of making the booking of the total amount payable and the amount must be send to us in full with your booking form.

Holiday Cancellations by you:
If you have to cancel after we have accepted the booking, you must at once give instructions in writing by registered delivery signed by the person who signed the booking form. In the event of your cancelling the booking you will be liable for the full amount of rent for the period booked unless we are successful in re-letting the accommodation for the same period. A re-booking fee of £ 75.00 will be deducted from the sum to be refunded.

The Number of persons Occuping the Property:
This must not exceed the number booked. Villas in Mijas reserves the right to refuse entry to the entire party if this condition is not observed.

Circumstances beyond our Control:
We accept no liability in respect of and we shall not pay compensation for changes, cancellations or delays by war, riots, civil strife, terrorist activity, strikes, Acts of God, natural disasters, fire, weather problems and transport breakdowns. Accidents within or outside the properties or Robberies. Our villas in Mijas are in an established area but there is still room for more development; therefore we will not take responsibility for unknown building work in the neighbourhood or in close proximity of the rental accommodation.

Client Satisfaction:
We do our best to make your Holiday completely trouble free and we receive very few complaints, but we are all individuals! If there seems to be any problems, please ring us, we are here on the Costa del Sol to help you!

Insurance:
It is recommended that clients arrange their own medical accident and personal property insurance, as well as in respect of deposits and balances in the event of cancellation.

Security Bond:
For the coverage of any damages occurring during your stay we require a Security Bond of £ 100 - £ 200, Villa dependant, to be paid together with the Balance. After your departure this Security Bond will be returned in full or with deduction of documented costs of damages incurred during your stay.
