Located in Diseminado La Alqueria, it is 5 mins to Mijas Pueblo with a bus stop at the end of the street for conveniently getting to the beach, shopping & dining in Fuengorila or the traditional white village of Mijas.

GROUND FLOOR & DOWNSTAIRS

This villa is set-up perfectly for outdoor living, Built in BBQ, Wood Pizza Oven, Covered terrace for dining & separate pool area with lounge seating and sun loungers. And it is connected to a fruit orchard so you can pick a lemon straight from the tree.

The kitchen is functional and the lounge is cozy for the winter and cool in summer.

There is a double bedroom and full bathroom on this level and it has a separate laundry room outside.

UPSTAIRS

There are 3 bedrooms & a shared bathroom.  The Double bedroom is spacious and has high beamed ceilings, the twin room and single room (which could be another twin) both have window doors that open to a terrace that has a table & chairs and fabulous views to the sea.

No air conditioning in the villa however as it is a traditionally built property the walls are thick and the house remains cool.
