ROSECROFT Holiday Townhouse is the perfect place for a blissful holiday, for any season (Winter or Summer).
This wonderfully designed and stylishly appointed Townhouse boasts some of the most magnificent views on the urbanization. Set high in the Mijas La Nueva urbanization, the stunning outside terrace with views along an expansive horizon, includes dining for 4 people, luxurious lounge seating and even an outside shower to cool down after sunbathing.
The main entrance, is accessed down a private enclave, and is very secure and private.
The lower level is open plan and light and bright with furnishings in subtle tones and beautiful fabrics. The kitchen has all the amenities you would want (and more) and even includes an espresso machine for coffee lovers!
The lounge is comfortable and there is air-conditioning for the hot summer months. Doors open out to the terrace and the views across the countryside, mountain’s and to the coast are spectacular.
Upstairs you will find two bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The master bedroom has fitted wardrobes, security safe, air-conditioning and opens out to a private balcony with a table and chairs for two, perfect for watching the view or a quiet moment reflection.
The other bedroom has twin beds, dresser and wardrobe and also includes a closet for the washing machine and storage. Both rooms are air-conditioned and have high quality mattresses and bedding for the ultimate comfort!
The bathroom has a walk in shower and is modern and airy, with a window that opens to the view. Located on Mijas La Nueva, you have access to TWO swimming pools (top and bottom of the urbanization) and tennis court.

Booking RATES – Please check the calendar for availability and email your request for confirmation. You will receive an email as confirmation of your dates which will include a booking form to be submitted. 25% deposit is payable to secure and confirm your booking.
