Bedrooms & Accommodation

Villa Alegra offers four comfortable bedrooms, with a layout that provides additional privacy for families or groups travelling together.

Main Villa

Two beautifully furnished bedrooms located within the main house, with convenient access to the living areas, pool and gardens.

Independent Studio Apartment

A separate studio bedroom with its own bathroom and kitchenette, ideal for guests who appreciate a little extra independence.

Fourth Bedroom

An additional en-suite bedroom accessed separately from the rear of the property.

All four bedrooms enjoy direct access to the pool and garden areas.

Please note: Two of the four bedrooms have separate access from the main villa.

Living & Dining

The villa’s bright and spacious open-plan living and dining areas have been beautifully furnished in a contemporary style, creating a comfortable and welcoming space to relax.

Large windows fill the interiors with natural light and frame the spectacular views of the sea, mountains and surrounding gardens.

The living room features comfortable sofas, a television, DVD player, music system and internet access.

An indoor dining table seats eight guests, with additional dining areas outdoors for enjoying meals in the Mediterranean sunshine.

Kitchen

The recently updated kitchen is fully equipped for a comfortable self-catering holiday, with modern appliances and all the essential crockery, glassware and cooking equipment.

Pool, Gardens & Outdoor Living

The outdoor spaces are a real highlight of Villa Alegra.

Surrounded by beautiful private gardens, the large 8m x 4m swimming pool provides the perfect place to cool off, relax and enjoy the sunshine.

A choice of open and covered terraces offers plenty of space for outdoor living, whether enjoying a leisurely breakfast, relaxing beside the pool or dining under the stars.

A gas BBQ and outdoor dining facilities make entertaining easy, while the spectacular views provide a wonderful backdrop throughout the day.

Location – Mijas Pueblo

Villa Alegra is situated in Los Naranjos, a peaceful residential area close to the picturesque village of Mijas Pueblo.

The village is within walking distance and offers a wonderful selection of traditional Spanish restaurants, tapas bars, cafés, boutique shops and local attractions.

With its cobbled streets, whitewashed buildings and spectacular coastal views, Mijas Pueblo is one of the most charming villages on the Costa del Sol.

Please note: Although Villa Alegra is within walking distance of Mijas Pueblo, the walk to the village is uphill, passing through the residential urbanisation before continuing up towards the village. The return walk to the villa is downhill. Guests with reduced mobility or those who prefer to avoid hills may find a car or taxi more convenient. The villa is easily accessible by car and taxis can reach the property without difficulty.

Rental Rates & Booking Information

Weekly Rental Rate: €4,500

Special rates may be considered for longer stays and winter rentals. Please enquire for further information.

Refundable Security Deposit: €300

Payable with the final booking balance, subject to the booking terms and conditions.

Air Conditioning

Air conditioning is included between 10:00pm and 8:00am.

Guests wishing to have 24-hour air conditioning may arrange this for an additional €175 per week, payable locally at the villa.

Optional Mid-Stay Cleaning

An additional mid-stay cleaning service is available for €135, including a change of bed linen and towels.

Arrival & Key Collection

Key collection arrangements will be confirmed approximately one week before arrival.

Guests are requested to contact the property manager upon arrival in Mijas to coordinate access to the villa.
