The villa has two bedrooms in the main house, one studio apartment with kitchenette and bathroom; and a fourth en-suite bedroom is accessible from the rear of the property.

All bedrooms have direct access to the pool and gardens. Outside, this villa is truly impressive.  Open and covered terraces as well as the large garden offer plenty of space and a private 8m x 4m pool.  There is a gas BBQ and dining seating so you can enjoy dining al fresco.

The living room has plush and comfortable sofas, TV with DVD player, music player, and internet access, fitted for entertaining and enjoyment. There is a large dining table to seat 8 people with lovely views over the gardens and pool and further outside dining seating outside on the terrace.

The kitchen has been recently updated and is fully fitted with all the appliances, crockery and glassware you need to make your self-catering holiday as easy as possible. The front of the property is secured by electric gates and there is driveway parking for up to four cars.

Air-conditioning is restricted from 10:00pm to 08:00am. *24hrs service is available

Key collection : this will be prearrange 1 week before your arrival and you are also requested to contact the property manager on arrival in Mijas.
